Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and why 999 ("the Platform", "we", "us") in respect of your use of the website located at why999.bet and all services, games and features accessible through it.
By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature at why 999, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you accept them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

Account Registration
To use the betting and gaming features at why 999, you must register an account. Registration is free. You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Why 999 may request proof of age at any stage and reserves the right to suspend an account pending verification.
Registration Requirements
- You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration — including your real name, a valid email address and your active mobile number.
- Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different details, is prohibited.
- You must not register on behalf of another person, or allow another person to use your account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Why 999 will not be liable for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your password.
- Accounts registered with false details are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Identity Verification (KYC)
Why 999 may require you to complete identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or if unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC, passport or driving licence. Failure to provide verification documents within the time specified will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until documents are received and reviewed.
Pakistan-specific note: Your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) is the primary accepted identity document for Pakistani players at why 999. You do not need to submit it upfront at registration — only when requested during verification.

Why 999 does not accept deposits from third parties. If a deposit is found to originate from a payment method that does not belong to the account holder, the deposit will be reversed and the account reviewed. Deposits made in error are subject to a processing review and may not be refundable if wagering has occurred.

Withdrawals
Withdrawals at why 999 are processed to the same payment method used to deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protects the integrity of transactions on the platform.

Why 999 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above Rs 50,000. Requests for documents will be communicated by email or via the platform notification system. Why 999 aims to complete all verification reviews within 24 hours of document submission.
Important: Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Please review the bonus terms before claiming any promotion. Net deposits (deposits minus withdrawals) may be required to match or exceed the bonus amount before withdrawal of bonus-funded winnings is permitted.

Bonuses and Promotions
Why 999 offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing players from time to time. Each bonus has specific terms attached to it, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements and time limits. These specific terms are published alongside each individual promotion and form part of these overall Terms.
General Bonus Rules Applicable at why 999
- Bonuses are only available to players who have fully verified their account and are in good standing.
- Only one active bonus may be held at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully completed.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses and associated pending winnings are forfeited.
- Why 999 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to a player claiming it, or to void a bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse.
- Multiple accounts claiming the same bonus — whether individually or in coordination — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account review.
- Players who deposit and withdraw without genuine wagering activity, with the primary intent of collecting bonuses, are considered to be in breach of fair use terms.
Wagering requirements: Unless specifically stated otherwise, bonus wagering at why 999 is calculated on the total bonus amount. Stakes on cricket betting count 100% toward wagering. Live casino and card game stakes count 100%. Crash game stakes count 100%. Refer to specific promotion terms for any game exclusions.
Section 6
Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all sports and cricket betting at why 999. Game-specific rules for individual markets are published within the relevant betting section of the platform.
Bet Placement
- A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation message and the stake is deducted from your balance. Bets not confirmed in this manner are not valid.
- Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended unless why 999 determines a manifest error has occurred in the odds at the time of placement.
- Why 999 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to technical error, pricing error or data feed failure.
Settlement Rules
- Cricket bets are settled according to official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC). Why 999 follows the official result even if a later appeal overturns it, unless the appeal is resolved before settlement has occurred.
- If a cricket match is abandoned without a result and the DLS method cannot be applied, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned.
- In-play bets confirmed before a wicket, six, boundary or other event are settled on the basis of the state of play at the time of confirmation — not the event that follows in the next delivery.
- PSL match bets are settled on the official result including Super Overs where applicable.
Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Minimum stake per bet is Rs 50. Maximum stake limits vary by market and match type. Why 999 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to any account or market at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice. This is a normal part of sports betting risk management and does not constitute a penalty against the player.
Section 7
Casino and Card Games
All casino games at why 999, including card games, baccarat, crash games and RNG-based titles, operate according to the rules published within each individual game. These terms supplement but do not replace those individual game rules.
- RNG (Random Number Generator) games at why 999 use certified algorithms. Results are determined at the moment a round is initiated and cannot be influenced by any external factor.
- Crash games on the platform use a provably fair system. The server seed for each round is published after the round concludes, allowing any player to independently verify the result.
- Live dealer games are subject to the rules applied by the dealing team at the live studio. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, bets in progress will be settled according to the result of that round where the result can be determined. If it cannot, bets will be voided.
- Published RTP figures represent long-run theoretical return based on certified game mathematics. Individual sessions will vary above and below these figures.
Section 8
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited at why 999 and will result in account suspension, closure, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:
- Underage gambling: Attempting to use the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
- Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one player account at why 999.
- Fraud and chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback on a deposit without first contacting why 999 support, or making a deposit knowing it will be disputed.
- Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus structures in bad faith, including coordinated play across multiple accounts to clear wagering requirements collectively.
- Match fixing and insider information: Placing bets using knowledge of a predetermined outcome, or on a match in which you have any direct influence over the result.
- Automated betting: Using software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
- Arbitrage abuse: Systematic exploitation of odds discrepancies at why 999 with the sole intent of guaranteed profit, with no genuine sporting interest.
- Money laundering: Using why 999 to deposit, move or withdraw funds obtained through illegal means.
Important: Why 999 operates anti-fraud monitoring systems continuously. Unusual betting patterns, account activity inconsistent with normal play and payment irregularities are flagged automatically for review. Players are encouraged to contact support proactively if their account activity might appear unusual for legitimate reasons.
Section 9
Responsible Gaming
Why 999 is committed to providing a safe betting environment. We recognise that for some players, gambling can become problematic and we take our responsibility in this area seriously. Every player account at why 999 includes the following tools, all accessible directly from your account settings:

Section 10
Account Suspension and Closure
Why 999 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and without prior notice if it determines that:
- Any provision of these Terms has been breached by the account holder.
- The account is suspected to be involved in fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity.
- The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
- The account holder has initiated an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute.
- The account holder is a resident of a jurisdiction in which use of why 999 is prohibited.
In the event of account closure for reasons other than breach of Terms, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the payment method on file. Bonuses and bonus-funded winnings are not returned at closure unless wagering requirements were already fully met at the time of closure.
Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so through account settings or by contacting support. Balances are refunded subject to standard withdrawal processing rules.
Section 11
Limitation of Liability
Why 999 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While every reasonable effort is made to maintain continuous platform availability, why 999 does not guarantee uninterrupted service and accepts no liability for losses arising from:
- Planned or unplanned maintenance downtime.
- Technical failures, server errors or internet connectivity issues on the part of the player or third-party infrastructure providers.
- Errors in data feeds that result in incorrect odds being displayed, where bets placed at those odds are voided under the manifest error provisions.
- Delays in live odds updates or settlement caused by external data providers.
- Any loss of profit, revenue or opportunity arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, why 999's total liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Note on betting decisions: Why 999 does not provide betting tips, predictions or advice. All betting decisions are made entirely at the player's own risk and discretion. Past results do not guarantee or indicate future outcomes.
Section 12
Changes to These Terms
Why 999 may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect player rights or obligations — we will provide notice through a platform notification or email to the address registered on your account, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the updated Terms take effect.
Minor changes — including clarifications, corrections and administrative updates — may take effect immediately. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect when the current version was published. It is the player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using why 999 and may request account closure before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms.
